About me

Through my work, I want to show my clients what their bodies are capable of when they want to learn and achieve something. I accompany the training process with my knowledge and many years of experience.

I grew up in Manchester, England, and have been working as a personal trainer for over 20 years. 

After completing my studies in Sports and Exercise Sciences in the UK, I moved to Switzerland, where I married my wife Piera. My passion for fitness has led me to engage in various activities such as rugby, bodybuilding, weightlifting, marathon running, yoga, and Pilates. 

I was particularly impressed by the Pilates method after my wife used it following the birth of our first son. 

I underwent training to become a Pilates instructor and also offer other training methods such as yoga, Sypoba, TRX suspension, and Black Roll to provide my clients with a diverse training experience.

 

Furthermore I have been following a vegan and caffeine free diet since 2025.

For my personal training, in addition to Pilates, I always integrate new techniques and methods, for example EMS (electrical muscle stimulation), vita parcours and classic ballet. My body has also changed over the years from bodybuilder and weightlifter to swimmer, marathon runner, yogi, Pilates to my current ballet physique.
